As I belong to Multan, my initial education and then my college level studies are from Garrison Public School and Govt. College Multan respectively. Then in 2006, I qualified my BBA(hons) from Nust Business School. I had always been a strong contender for doing the best in exams and other academic activities through out my education career. I stood first in my school and college classes. Moreover, I made some really good friends through out this education path.

Before Preparing, one really has to decide first for the CSS exams. As one gets interested in it, through one way or the other, one needs to take it as a challenge and then embrace it. I suggest that keen attention should be given to the subjects selection, their respective syllabi and getting good books to study and cram some of them.
One should be clear in thoughts, ideas and then expressing them on paper in simple and comprehensible manner.
Should the students join the academies for CSS preparation ?
I think academies are worthy platform for all the aspirant CSS candidates to gather relevant knowledge required in CSS exams. Moreover, the orientation and the information provided in the academies through peers are also very helpful from the preparation point of view. The faculty provided in academies is also usually experienced civil servants who are also appreciable and beneficial for students there.
What is the key to get higher marks in written?
There is no such thing as key success factor in written exams. I think one should be clear in thoughts, ideas and then expressing them on paper in simple and comprehensible manner. Doing paper in neat manner I mean without cutting, crossings and like that, and using relevant heading and bullets also help in better presentation of the paper.
What is the technique to get higher mark in interview?
In my opinion, interview is of make or break importance in the overall CSS. In interviews, candidates’ conceptual clarity on different issues and the ability to present them in logical manner with confidence are strongly explored by the interviewers.
What are the general problems of a CSS student?
In fact such problems vary from case to case. Commonly, improper time management and lack of proper planning for all the subjects create problems for students. For those who live in hostels out of their homes face these problems more drastically.
Why do the students fail in English Essay?
People fail due to two main reasons. One the examiner is not willing to pass them or the candidates himself write poor essay. A good essay should be well structured, properly paragraphed with an inclusive introduction and conclusive ending.
How should the students prepare English Essay and English Composition?
Well, both the subjects are of prime importance. So, one should have the strong base for their preparation. As Composition paper is divided over parts like précis, comprehension and grammar, proper time and attention should be given to get grip over them. For the Essays, reading articles and magazines of eminent writers are handy for developing good healthy ideas of some important issues and topics. Writing your own essays for practice improves the timing and the skill of writing.
