I got my early education from Zam Public School Tank, Qurtuba Public School and College Dera Ismael Khan (NWFP). Then I did my graduation from Government College, Lahore in 2003. I got Master Degree with Gold Medal in International Relations from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad in 2006. I appeared in the CSS exam 2007 and qualified it with 9th position. I am allocated to DMG as per my first preference.

Only those books which are precise, authentic and comprehensive must be acquired. Then a candidate has to start the actual preparation. An important step is the periodic assessment of one’s preparation geared at letting none of one’s subjects get lesser time.
Should students join the academies or not for CSS preparation?
Academy is an extra benefit and not a necessity. Academy is beneficial only for those candidates who do not know any thing about CSS.
What is the key to get higher marks in written?
In my money, conceptual clarity, logical coherence of concepts and the ability to externalize one’s thoughts and ideas in a proper and organized manner can help one secure higher marks. The best way is to answer the question given in the paper and not just write everything that one knows about the topic.
